Lego Space Shuttle Bag 9

Build date: 2022-11-19

This bag is pretty straightforward – lots of top panels for the wings, no structural components to speak of.

Flat space shuttle body laid flat showing internal colored bricks that make up to structure. Next to the shuttle are bag 9 of bricks and the Lego manual showing a the base of the shuttle, laid out with white panels.

Just about every piece in the bag is a flat white plate. We lay out the panels across the top of the wings, and the base of what is going to be the cargo bay. The finished product looks good!

Space shuttle body covered in white flat panels, laid out vertically nose towards the top. The internal bricks that make up the structure are no longer exposed.

The only structural parts of the body that are left exposed from the top are the rear landing gears.

Space shuttle base laid out horizontally at a 45 degree angle. The front landing gear is exposed at the nose of the shuttle, protruding beyond the body.

Pretty happy – it’s all starting to look closer to the finished product.
